Board of Directors

Alexander Neary is a member of the board of directors. He is also The Cure Prize president.  He graduated with a degree in Engineering Management from Clarkson University, and holds a certification as a Project Management Professional. His graduate interests include finance and the study of entrepreneurial organizations.
Edward Kahn  is a volunteer member of the board of directors. His qualifications include expertise in technology transfer, IP, and business development, as well as extensive experience in medical nonprofits. He was the founding president of EKMS, Inc., a company known for pioneering novel IP management techniques for two decades, which was sold to a publicly traded company in 2004. Ed has worked in the nonprofit space, notably with Cures Within Reach, a nonprofit organization focused on Medical Repurposing, as its Director of Strategic Business Development, since 2010.
Paul Sittard is a volunteer member of the board of directors. His qualifications include sales and marketing expertise in high precision engineering instruments, as well serving his alma mater,  The University of Hartford, on its Board of Regents.
